Cure & Pickle is an artisan deli. We craft, smoke, cure, and preserve our products by hand in small batches from our workshop in Saigon. Wherever possible, we source ingredients locally, in support of responsible farming and agriculture in Vietnam.

Cure & Pickle là một tiệm deli thủ công. Chúng tôi hun khói, ủ muối, ngâm chua và chế biến các sản phẩm của mình bằng tay theo từng mẻ nhỏ tại xưởng ở Sài Gòn. Khi có thể, chúng tôi ưu tiên nguyên liệu địa phương để góp phần ủng hộ nền nông nghiệp có trách nhiệm tại Việt Nam.
